...I'm young enough to remember the future
And the way things ought to be. -Rush, "Cut to the Chase"

Something is terribly wrong with the Earth. I don't know what it is, but I see the results. I don't know how to help everyone else see what I see. I truly feel that if we don't stop what is happening, or maybe help what is happening, our children will not be safe. I would welcome comments, questions, help - my email is tamtammytlc@yahoo.com.

Circumhorizontal Arc : We sometimes catch a window, a glimpse of what's beyond. -Rush, "Mystic Rhythms"

EPOD (Earth Science Picture of the Day): http://epod.usra.edu/archive/epodviewer.php3?oid=391264

A circumhorizontal arc or circumhorizon arc (CHA), also known as a fire rainbow, is a halo or an optical phenomenon similar in appearance to a horizontal rainbow, but in contrast caused by the refraction of light through the ice crystals in cirrus clouds.

It occurs only when the sun is high in the sky, at least 58° above the horizon, and can only occur in the presences of cirrus clouds. It can thus not be observed at locations north of 55°N, except occasionally from mountains.

The phenomenon is quite rare because the ice crystals must be aligned horizontally to reflect the high sun. The arc is formed as light rays enter the horizontally-oriented flat hexagonal crystals through a vertical side face and exit through the horizontal bottom face. It is the 90° inclination that produces the well-separated rainbow-like colours and, if the crystal alignment is just right, make the entire cirrus cloud shine like a flaming rainbow. (Wikipedia)

Pink : You're not sure what's going on here, but you're sure it isn't right. -Rush, "The Color of Right"

I read somewhere that when sunlight hits hydrogen atoms the atoms turn pink (oxygen atoms turn blue which is why the sky is blue!). The pictures toward the end show how "fuzzy" the South is. (The West is getting pretty fuzzy, too.)

Storm : What it is, well, you're not really sure. -Rush, "Neurotica"

Anvil clouds, which are mostly ice, form in the upper parts of thunderstorms. They get their anvil shape from the fact that the rising air in thunderstorms expands and spreads out as the air bumps up against the bottom of the stratosphere.

So...here we have the stratosphere seemingly right on our rooftops, on a hot July day. Three of the anvil thunderstorms to the North, could not see the East, at least three to the West, none to the South and one forming right above us. None produced rain.

The East : Promise offered in the East, broken in the West. -Rush, "Available Light"

This was July 2007, when the sun was rising in the North-East, much farther North than I've ever seen it, and I've lived in this house for almost fifteen years. Now, in January 2008, it's farther South than I've ever seen it. Go figure.

Radar : Signal transmitted - message received - reaction making impact - invisibly. -Rush, "Signals"
Around February of 2007 I saw three distinct shapes (circle in the middle, two triangles pointing at it, surrounded by a circle) in the radar of the U.S. - - and the storms were conforming to the shape (severe in the middle, stormy in the triangles). When I learned how to screen dump, I started saving strange radars, either "my shape" or ones that looked unnatural. The first radar, "Bow-Tie", seemed to pull the water vapor from the Equator - that was the start of the huge storm that produced deadly tornados in TX then moved up and wiped out Greensburg, KS. I was hoping that whoever was "directing" the weather was doing it for a good reason (drought?) and would ease off the next time. The shape has shown up frequently since then; sometimes huge (over 1/2 the US), sometimes many smaller triangles/circles. The water vapor around the equator had a gap in it at around 5 Degrees North, 150 Degrees West, until very recently. Unfortunately, the gap being fixed seems to have caused the earth's water vapor to dissipate more, over the whole, instead of going back to normal.

Cigar Ship : From the point of ignition to the final drive, the point of the journey is not to arrive (anything can happen). -Rush, "Prime Mover"

We see these quite often, they are silver, with a red or black line around the center, and shaped like cigars. They do not have wings, they do not make any sound. They float along quickly, disappearing into thin air, and are therefore hard to photograph. Many have been closer (and easier to see!) than this one.
